Guest Access
The Sterling by Omniyat is an off-plan twin tower complex in Business Bay. Planned between Al Asayel Street and Marasi Drive, the project will overlook The Marasi Marina and offer a luxurious living experience.
IN-HOUSE FACILITIES
The Sterling Dubai will have an attractive set of in-house options for fitness and leisure. Residents will find a swimming pool and a fully equipped gym to pursue fitness goals, whereas the poolside deck will have comfortable cabanas for relaxation. The project will also have two landscaped gardens and a multipurpose room.
PARKING
Residents will get reserved parking in The Sterling along with valet services. Studio, 1 and 2-bed apartments come with one parking space each, whereas 3 and 4-bedroom apartments and townhouses will have two or three parking slots depending on the covered area. Residents with penthouses will get four to six parking spaces in the complex.
ELEVATORS
There will be six high-speed elevators in The Sterling Business Bay, besides two service lifts.
SECURITY, CENTRAL AIR-CONDITIONING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES
The Sterling will have round-the-clock security with trained staff and a CCTV system. The maintenance staff will take care of daily processes like cleaning and repairs.
Getting Around
Just 1.5km from Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, Business Bay lies on the Dubai Canal, a waterway flowing from the Dubai Creek at Deira and out to sea again at Jumeirah Beach. Al Khail Road is about 5 minutes away from The Sterling, whereas it takes a drive of about 8 minutes to get on to Sheikh Zayed Road. Both these highways connect with various important areas and destinations in Dubai and ensure ease of commute via private vehicles.
One can also rely on public transportation near The Sterling as taxis, buses and metro are easily available.
BUS STATIONS NEAR THE STERLING:
Coral Tower 1 Bus Stop is about a 7-minute walk from the complex. It is serviced by buses 26, F14, F19B and X22.
METRO STATIONS NEAR THE STERLING:
To travel by Dubai Metro, one has to get to Business Bay Metro Station. It is about a 9-minute drive away and accessible via buses F14, F19B and X22.
