Cancellation Charges

1-14 Days Before Check-In:

• Non-Refundable: If the reservation is canceled within 1-14 days from the date of check-in, the booking amount is non-refundable.

15-30 Days Before Check-In:

• 25% Non-Refundable: If the reservation is canceled within 15-30 days from the date of check-in, 25% of the booking amount is non-refundable.

31-90 Days Before Check-In:

• Fully Refundable: If the reservation is canceled within 31-90 days from the date of check-in, the booking amount is fully refundable.

Important Notes

• Notification of Cancellation: All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent via email or through our online cancellation form.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
• Force Majeure: In cases of natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseeable events, the standard cancellation policy may not apply. Specific conditions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
