Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Guest Access DAMAC Maison Cour Jardin is a 19-storey hotel tower in Business Bay. Located on Marasi Drive, The project by DAMAC Properties has an impressive set of fitness, leisure and dining facilities. Those include a swimming pool, a fully-equipped gym, as well as wellness centre for both men and women each featuring a sauna, jacuzzi and steam rooms. Children also have access to a kids’ club. The tower is also equipped with high-speed elevators, CCTV in common areas, reception and concierge services, as well as 24-hour security. Getting Around Just 1.5km from Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, Business Bay lies on the Dubai Canal, a waterway flowing from the Dubai Creek at Deira and out to sea again at Jumeirah Beach. Business Bay comprises 64 million square feet of freehold projects and has established itself as a new business hub of the region, with office and residential towers, landscaped gardens and a network of roads and waterways. METRO STATIONS NEAR DAMAC MAISON COUR JARDIN: Business Bay Metro Station is the nearest option to use Dubai Metro. One can get to it with a 6-minute drive or via buses F19B and F41. Other details to note  – Baby cot available upon request, charged AED 200 per stay. – DAILY CLEANING NOT INCLUDED but can be booked separately for an additional charge. – There is no luggage storage facility at the apartments in the reception area. HOUSE RULES While you are our guests, we request that you please observe these house rules. Violations may result in charges and/or immediate eviction. 1. Check-in time is at 3:00 pm, check-out time is at 11:00 AM; therefore, rooms should be totally cleared by 11:00 AM to give our staff ample time to clean and sanitize the rooms for the next guests. 2. MEALS ARE NOT INCLUDED. Room Cleaning* and Linen change* can be booked through us at an additional cost, booking needs to be a day in advance. (*Subject to availability) 3. Guests are reminded to look after their valuables (wallets, jewellery, mobile phones, laptops, passports, etc.). SUPERHOST will not be liable for any loss or damage to your belongings. 4. Please handle keys with care. Any damage or loss will be subject to a charge of AED 300 5. NO REFUND will be given on ANY unused days of booking if the guest chooses to check out earlier than their booking period. 6. Guests are obliged to pay for any loss or damage of property caused by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible. 7. No outside visitors allowed without prior permission from the reception. All guests must be registered with their Passport/ID at reception. 8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms; a charge of AED 500 will be levied if anyone found smoking in the room. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor balcony area. Please close the balcony door to avoid the smoke from going into the room. 9. No gambling of any kind or unlawful behaviour is permitted. 10. Illegal drugs & prostitution is strictly prohibited. 11. Please help us maintain our rates by conserving electricity. All electric appliances/lights should be switched off when you go out. 12.
