• While we want the experience to be absolutely carefree, the check-in/check-outs are flexible, depending on the nature of the booking. We always make the supervisors available.

• The timings need to be followed, but no extra charges for an additional hour are required upon request.

• When you enter the apartment, please guide yourself to the table; there will be a Welcome Letter (including the passwords/building information) and a House Rule manual.

• I recommend you go through it.

• A security deposit will always be held with us until the check-out to ensure the apartment is in good condition.

• For your convenience, please provide me with your passport copies beforehand as I need to submit them at the reception. Additionally, I can give you tips for your stay.

• To drink something upon arrival, there would be complimentary Tea/Coffee/Water.

• Please feel free to request anything in addition, and we will get it prepared for you (On request).

• Extra Charge for Baby Cot: 350 AED/ Extra Charge for an additional mattress: 250 AED.
